2. Week 3 — Google Business Profile fully set up.
3. Week 4 onwards — Instagram + Facebook, driving people back to the website / WhatsApp.
4. Month 3 onwards — paid ads once you know which offer converts.

Budget rule of thumb

For a Pune SMB — small annual budget: 60% website + local SEO, 30% social content, 10% paid experiments. Rebalance yearly as you see what works.
